Default NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 128MB or ATI Mobility Radeon 1600 256MB

Basically would it be worth $480 extra in the same exact system to get the better GPU?

I would be going from this:
- HP Pavilion dv8000t CTO NB
- Microsoft(R) Windows(R) XP Professional with SP2
- Intel(R) Core(TM) Duo processor T2500 (2.0 GHz)
- 17.0" WXGA+ Ultra BrightView Widescreen (1440x900)
- 128MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 7400
- 512MB DDR2 SDRAM (2x256MB)
- 100 GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive
- LightScribe 8x DVD+/-RW&CD-RW Combo w/Double Layer
- Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network w/Bluetooth
- 8 Cell Lithium Ion Battery
- Microsoft(R) Works/Money
- HP Mobile Remote Control
- 2-year HP Express Repair Extended Service Plan

To this:
HP Compaq Business Notebook nx9420
Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional
Intel® Core™ Duo processor T2500 (2.0-GHz 667-MHz FSB, 2-MB L2 cache)
1024MB 533MHz DDR II SDRAM (1 DIMM)
ATI® Mobility™ Radeon® x1600 with 256MB of dedicated video memory
80GB Hard drive (7200 rpm)
17.0-inch WSXGA+ display
DVD +/- RW Drive (fixed)
56K modem
10/100/1000 NIC
8 cell Li-Ion battery
Integrated Intel® 802.11a/b/g wireless
Integrated Bluetooth
HP Biometric Fingerprint Sensor, Integrated Smart Card Reader & Embedded Security Chip (TPM 1.2)
1 Year Worldwide Limited Warranty

P.S. both systems would be running (Two) 1GB 667MHz DDR2 SODIMM cards that I have already purchased.

I would go with the x1600.

BTW, how much does that cost?

I already ordered the dv8000t for $1,829 shipped (after the mail in rebates), and the NX9420 is $2,312 shipped.

Yeah, I just cant see spending $480 more for a better GPU, I think ill just stick with the one I got. The 7400 isnt exactly a horrible video card..
