Looks good, very smart move only buying 1 7900gtx. I personally would drop the 150GB raptor drive, its very nice but i dont think worth the money.

What you should do is buy a 250GB 7200rpm, then if you really need it get 1 34GB 10krpm for you game files or whatever it might be used for.

looks nice... and about the harddrive it is really a matter of opinion, if u want speed or space... when it gets over 120gb that is all i need, so IMO i would go for speed...

We should have a build sessin in the forums, for people to post the specs of their builds.

the raptor are so overrated, where do you think that "speed" increase will be noticed? in gaming... no, in booting... no!

Actually thats one of the areas where the extra 3K RPM's comes in. It also helps for transfering large files.

But they are over rated...

A DVD Burner would be better.

is there a difference between the 7800gtx and the 7900gtx?
Would I be able to fit 2 harddrives?
I believe I do have a dvd cd rw combo drive.
Will a 500w psu be enough power?
Is there anything else im missing in order to build a comp?

1. The 7900gtx has higher clock speeds, and i think but im really not sure but i think it has more pipelines

2. Yea its very easy to install 2 hard drives

3. It should say dvd +/- rw

4. The wattage doesnt really matter, does it have dual +12v rails, and how many amps on each rail?

5. I think your covered.
