Default Is it possible????

Dunno if this is possible, but can one person set up something where thier IP address is changed every 5 min automatically through a specific opened explorer but wont close the actual explorers page that is opened with an automatic refresh rate for the page viewed of 5 min as well?

If this sounds confusing in the way I typed it, let me give you an example of what I am trying to do

I have an auto-refresh program that I can use to refresh a given URL every 5 min ( or less but this is the time I need ) and the URL is to a site that I need to view every 5 min... but the IP address can not be the same anymore then 1x a day and anonomous proxies dont work.

Any ideas and or recomendations will be greatly appreciated

This sounds like what i used to do for outware, i had to get people to click on my link.

If it cant be by the same IP, and proxies dont work, then i dont know what you can do besides getting dial-up.

Dial up isnt an option lol, I have 10Mb bandwidth and swore I would never go back to the snails pace of dialup again lol. All though I hear what your saying with dial-up, with a new IP each login and all.

I tried an auto refresher on a IP automizer site wich DID give me a new IP each time, but didnt maintian the URL to the refresher with the URL to the site I need to be on. Its not that proxies dont work, its that anonomous proxies didnt work, tried and the site came up saying anonomouse proxies not accepted

If you have AOL, for security purposes, it changes your IP every few minutes.
