My computer was making some really annoying buzzing noises
When I opened it up, i singled out the noise to the GPU (im positive, so dont ask) is this a major problem or a minor nuisance?

Usually the stock HSF on video cards can get VERY loud when the RPM increases. The HSF on my video card makes a very loud whining sound when it gets too hot. My opinion, keep an eye on it and if it dies replace it immediately because the GPU runs at much higher temp than your CPU. It really just sounds like the stock fan is loud. Does it always make the buzzing sound or just when playing games?

take the card out of the PC and try to spin it using your hand and see if it makes the noise.
