Default Wont power on...

hey everybody...ive been using my new comp alotlately and everything has been fine, but i ran out of space so i bought a new Hard drive (120gig)...i also bught a little fan/light/pci card (yes the fan is a PCI card)....likei said everything was working just fine but now that i put everything in it wont turn on...but to make it weirder, all the little led-lights on my mobo turn ON so that means its all normal and should power up...also the led for the power switch is on too...any ideas on what i should do?
