Angry firewall's gone crazy

my dad's firewall is the craziest firewall on earth. it has by far the strictest filtering thing ever and every other page i go to looks like this. it's beyond iritating and is just plain retarded. so far all i've done is proxify stuff it won't let me go to but that's really annoying and wastes a lot of time. is there a way i could make my computer bypass the firewall without having to go to proxify or any of that stuff?

reformat your computer and get the window's updated firewall. That's what I use, It hasn't gone crazy.

the problem is that it's a whole separate computer that's blocking everything. it has connection to the internet and all the other compys in the house connect to it. i also just saw the proxy server thread so i'll see if that works...
EDIT: didn't work. still need help

Reformatting wouldn't do anything if the firewall is on another networked router. If you can access the pc with the firewall, I'm sure you can alter settings to allow specific websites, which you use and you know are safe.

Well, this seems like a Parental Control Filter, rather than a firewall. You could talk to your dad about using a less stringent filter, or allowing the sites you want.
