Default Dual Core Programs?

Does anybody know some popular programs that utilize a dual core processor? Like games, apps, etc.?

A lot of 3D rendering applications support multiple threads.

As for games, Quake 4 supports multithreading, and shows a huge performance increase with it enabled.

COD2 and FEAR also support dual core. There are more games but I cant think of any now...

Like Bigsaucybob said, photoshop CS2 utilizes dual cores to a great extent.

actually i didnt check if COD2 supports it, but F.E.A.R. only uses 50% of my cpu resources at any given time... about as much as UT2004 would use.
quake 4 definitely uses alot of cpu though.

Ya it doesn't use mutithreading when i play COD or F.E.A.R. I think the only game that does is Quake 4, and then there are some applications that do also.

fear and cod2 dont support multithreading. fear uses 50% of your cpu because it is using only 1 core, and cod2 i know for a fact does not because it performs worse when i do not disable a core for the game.

COD2 has a dual core patch out. The boxed version, on the other hand, isnt multithreaded.
