can someone tell me whats a recommended PCI-E video card for a

HP Pavilion A1310N
2GB PC 3200
AMD 64 3700
200 GB HD

whats your budget and intent? have you look at video card 101?

its this one i looked inside the case , it has +12v - 19A

For the newer cards, this PSU isn't gonna cut it for two reasons. One it doesn't have enough wattage nor enough amps on the 12V rail to handle the card that i reccomended. Also it doesn't have the right PCI-E power connector.

You could split your $300 budget and get a new PSU and new graphics card. I would reccomend:

PSU:Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-550 550W

Or for extreme power (Found out this the US equivelent of my PSU)
SILVERSTONE ZEUS SST-ST65ZF 650W

And graphics card:
XFX GeForce 7600 GT XXX (590MHz) 256MB

That would be my choices

I secong those. Very nice helmie. That power supply is a power house. Nice find, it would definitly leave room for expansion.

ya and later on you can upgrade ur gpu and dont have to worry bout the psu

that computer is a hp. does hp do the same thing as dell and make properity parts for their computers cause that powersupply mgiht not work with his hp.
