Well depending on ur psu ur hardware might be asking for to much power. Also if you have a stock psu that came with the case, gently take it out of the case and graba bat and kill it for sure.

I downloaded memtest and ran it as a bootable cd, but its in some other language... i think its german, i clicked the 3.2 bootable cd link, so i dont know..

as for it being the psu, i dobut it... im using a 350w right now, and theres a 500 sitting on my bed (oem that came with case, was doa, just arrived today) i will be putting that in tonight, but i dont think tis the psu cause its not under load or anything...

asus said it might be the memory, and if it isnt the memory its most likely the memory reader on the motherboard they said....
