Second Copy & Outlook

Hello, I got the following questions:

I got this backup program Second Copy, when I exit windows, I'll always make a backup. The program will make a backup I mean. But then I get this:

exception EAcces Violation in modul sec.cop.exeat FFFFF05C.
Accesviolationat address is 0000005CX.
Read of address is 000005C

What is the cause?

How can I solve it?

And I have all my outlook files stored on a external harddisk, but when my computer has outlook running, and someone else tries to run outlook it says something like that I can't run outlook because of somebody else is running it. But Outlook is installed on DIFFERENT computers. However they using the same external harddisk.
