Default Heya

You have to be a developer or be somehow affiliated with Microsoft in order to legally download the betas available.

there are a few vista transformation packs around that you can use on your xp to make it look like vista, I used to have one and it worked fine with no probs, just google it, the only down side about it is that starup takes longer and its a bit more intensive on teh cpu than xp

This has been discussed multiple times.

In order to get the BETA, you need to be an MSDN Subscriber.
