I recently bought a brand new desktop gaming PC - 5 days after the return window closed I found out I'll be moving to Germany.
Since I dont have a laptop, can this PC come with me. I realize there are converters.... but I have heard they dont provide very good power, and I am concerned about my power supply getting zapped. thanks LaCoHa |

The PC can go with you, but I'm betting the monitor won't be able to follow; there's usually no 110/220v switch for monitors. If you use dialup, you may also more than likely need a new modem to be able to work with the German phone system and wall jacks and cables available.

Many there use dsl or cable for internet connection. Yep can get to be expensive shipping items back and forth to Germany BUT not as expensive as some tend to believe. If you are military, you could always trust the movers to ship it for you.......course you want see it for a couple of months or so. Hey I lived there 17 years, it isn't all bad.
