I though it might be a browser problem so I had her download FF and it does the same thing...thats why I was thinking it might be some kind of add blocking software blocking 2nd party images maybe some preinstalled software from dell. I emailed her and told her about the firewall thats a pretty good idea I was thinking maybe she has somekind of security suit with add blocking features or something.
