Ok, so I thought I'd download ie7 beta preview and install it on my computer. Well I've done that and I can't help but notice it displays webpages kind of blurry.
That's the only way I can describe it. The text on webpages is not crisp as it is on ie6 or in firefox. Can anyone help me? |

It's quite easy. Go into the properties -> advanced and uncheck USE CLEAR TYPE. I had the same problem and that fixes it.
More info: http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2006/02/03/524367.aspx They have an illustration to show you how to disable or tweak it. JAN ![]()

This is going to sound rather stupid but I can't find properties lol.
Cheers for that....one question though....what is the point of clear type???? I just don't see any point in it. Last edited by thedoors27; 03-30-2006 at 05:23 PM. |
