How to boost GPRS Internet Speed

Hello every one and good whatever time of the day it is. Please i need help? Can some one give some tips or clues how i can boost my internet speed. Am on dial-up, and am using a sony ericsson t230 mobile phone for my modem. I'm connected at 115.kbps and its slow (i think its slowers than normal dial up). Any thing i download never goes over speed 4kbps only sometimes i see like 15, 20, 10kbps and it only stays there for about 5sec. which is bullsh**t. I just want a program that can boost my download speed and browsing or any thing that can boost my internet speed.

Your using a cell phone dial up connection? Naybe select a closer dial in center... should not really make a difference. i would think it is the phone.

My brother just got a laptop and he is using verizon highspeed wireless and its actually pretty darn fast for being able to download stuff while riding down the freeway
