Default BitTorrent

In the new official bittorrent client, I know there is a way to limit uploads, but you can only go as low as 4kb/s. Is there any way to completly turn off uploads?

That would be defeating the purpose of the bittorrent network...

Becuse my internet service provider cannot except the fact that if they are going to give me a line that can download upwards of 1000kb/s, i am gonna use more than 15GB of bandwitch a month. So when im downloading linux distros with BT, people usually are using like 5GB a month of my bandwitch

Sharing is cool =)
dont think there are any programs that let you turn it off.. but some let you cap your upload speed to 512b/s.
