crap

my birthday is in a week and my RAM just went out of stock

this is what i wanted:

this is the next best thing with timings of 5-5-5-12:

would i be able to jsut OC that RAM to 4-4-4-12, by changing it in the bios and setting the voltage at 2.1 like the sticks that already come that way, without needing any extra cooling or having any conflicts with hardware
