good free parential controls

i have a client that wants parential controls, whats a good free program?

Nope, dont use filters...i like my porn, haha.

But anyways NetDog isnt free, its 29.99, looks good though. The only down side to it is that it seems to only monitor porn. I think if theyre gonna have a filter it might as well monitor for some other questionable material...
