Default Having a problem with new computer build plz help!!

Ok, so I am building a new system right now. The motherboard is a DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra-D mated to a socket 939 AMD Athlon 64 3700+. I have installed a Quiet Cool Zalman heatsink on the processor. I'm putting a PNY Geforce 6800 GS video card in it, with a gig of Mushkin RAM and thats most of the pertinent info. Here is the problem.

I got it from NewEgg the first time and the mobo was saying it couldn't detect the processor. So I shipped it back and got the same board back. I set it up outside the case and it powered up and displayed the startup screens. I turned it off, yanked the old setup out and put the new setup in. Now when I turn it on, I get no video at all. The screen is in standby power mode waiting for the signal. Nobody around here has a PCI-Express mobo or vid card that I can borrow to swap in, so I'm pretty much SOL on trying to figure it out that way. I did pull the mobo out and set it up outside the case again to make sure it wasn't a grounding issue with the case. I couldn't get anything to display this time.

So can anybody give me any helps/hints/tips?? I'll my computer literate friends seem to be out this weekend, so I'm sorta up shit creek on this one, and I have three new games sitting here waiting to get installed and played (Civ 4, BF2, and Oblivion). I've temporarily hooked up the old system as I do not have a laptop or second computer to get online with while the other one is down. So please, any advice would be wonderful! Thanks!
