I have cable internet, and its pretty good but is there a way to make my internet faster???

yeah, its called uncapping and if you get caught you'll be in a lot of trouble

it involves changing some hardware settings and circumvents the limits put in place by your cable provider... i think that in itself explains why you can get into trouble
