About movies burn on cds or dvds

When i download movie sometimes the file is bin how can i make it normal file just to click on it and the movie to begin?
and how can i burn the file to cd or dvd to watch it on my dvd player?because when i burn it the dvd player opens the disk but it shows the disk is empty

Normal movies that i download and burn on cds or dvds they work normally on my dvd player ...Help plz

Ok, well this kind-of breaks forum rules, because you are talking about downloading movies, so really, I could get in trouble for posting here, but, just for your reference, a .bin file is an image that you can open with a program such as nero, or easy cd creator. Thats about all the help your gonna get here.
