Default Reinstalled Windows - Now Wireless Isn't Working!

My computer was being buggy, so I reinstalled XP. Now, my computer doesn't seem to recoginse my Wireless. In fact, I don't even see any option anywhere to search for a wireless connection. Can anyone help?

When I first bought the laptop, I didn't load any drivers for the card. It just worked straight out of the box...
