Hi
Recently my computer has started restarting itself. its on XP service pack 2. I stopped it from restarting and now get the bsod but dont know what to do to find out what the problem is. There is also 46 running processes so im sue there is something wrong there. Any help apreciated Thanks ![]() |

Probably a bad power supply... That's usally the cause, but it could be lots of things. You didn't tell us WHEN is started restarting. Games, just sitting there, what?

Probably the power supply, possibly the RAM...

first you end them and find out what they are and remove them if they are not necessary, just google the exact wording if you don't know what something is.
I got my process down from something retarded like 60 to a manageable 40. Although my home PC is at 20 some so I think even that is high |

39 is not high i think~below 50 is a normal situation, and may be there sth wrong with ur ram or attacked by virus~u may try dis CD i m using now to check virus in a dos mode
