Default CPU/Heatsink problem(?)

Hey guys, as some you guys know I am currently in the process of a new build. Well I dunno if this is much a problem but when I was installing the heatsink to my AMD Athlon 3200 I encountered some trouble. It was kinda hard installing the heatsink. (is this normal???) and now, there is NO possible way of taking this heatsink off. like I tried everything but it won't budge. I know that it is secure but could any damage have occured to the processor while I did this?? thanks!

I'm sure it's possible that damage may have been done, but as long as your processor is working and not overheating, I'd say don't mess with it cause there's no reason for you to do so
