Well it would need dedicated video, and almost all computers that are sold at stores only have shared integrated video. Your best bet would be to get a custom one, either build it yourself or go to a company such as CyberPowerSystems and have them build it for you.
As for the parts, i would say something along the lines of an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (or higher) CPU, 1GB RAM, 80GB (or larger) hard drive, ATI x700PRO or nVidia 6600GT (or better) for the video card.

Or go to www.cyberpowerpc.com and mess with their configurators. I found my computer using the Gamer Ultra 8500, but you might be able to do one of their Mega Special deals.
