Default Genuine Win XP

If I by a new PC and I install the Win XP with the registration key I used on my old PC will MS consider it pirated and not allow me to downoad updates?

i think its fine as long as its not an OEM windows xp version...correct me if im wrong but i think they let u install it on 3 computers
