Hard Drive Problems

Does anybody know of a way to get information back off of a harddrive that's seems to not be getting any power to it. I don't know what happoned not long ago, but one harddrive won't get power anymore (my slave drive 160gb with all my music, pictures and anime/videos on it) and i can't get any of the other harddrives to work anymore. i'm using a brand new one now. anywayz, just looking for some tricks to get it running for alittle bit so i can get some stuff back off of it. thanks
