If I brwose some car forums and someone posted a video and I click on it it opens in Quicktime. Now how can I change it ? I use Mozilla Firefox.

ok then open iTunes...
Edit/Preferences
then Advanced Tab and uncheck the box that says "Use iTunes as the defult player for audio files."

then press ok

then close itunes and open quicktime

Edit/Preferences/Quicktime Preferences...
File Types tab
make sure all files types you can uncheck are unchecked...
then uncheck the "Notify me if applications modify these associations."

then press "OK" and then everything should work fine...

Or you can click on a mp3 file and press open with and make it open with Windows Media Player and click the tab "Always open with".
