Lightbulb Sharp Noise coming from Hardware

Just when I thought everything was fixed and alright, I started to recognize this irritating noise that was coming out of my hardware. I really can't describe how it sounds but its a sharp noise that goes on loud to quiet loud to quiet. I'm not sure where its coming from but its not the fan hitting a wire or any other common reason. Only reason to not hear it is to either listen to music or do anything that has to do with listening to something on my computer. Please help!

Yes I did, but I can't find out what it is.. It doesn't sound like a typical fan.

Do you have everything properly installed? I would guess it was a fan but you never know.

Take something like a paper towel roll and try and isolate where it is coming from.

does it change depending on how much load the system is under? ive had this problem before and the sound changed with the change in cpu load.... i have a feeling it might be something to do with the power supply
