They ARE nice motherboards. They come with I/O shields. Have the original manual, and CD for the second one.

For the first board, I have the manual and drivers on a CD that I burned. I'll send it with the board.

I'll drop the price to $50 apiece, and I'll cover the shipping. US Priority Mail.

I've overclocked the 2nd board for about 15 minutes one time. Then turned it back to stock.

Bios gives you control of clock speed, Ramm speed. Also gives control of voltage for CPU, Ramm, and GPU. I'm kind of new to building computers, so I don't mess with overclocking. But, it sure looks to me like all you do is go into Bios during boot and then just set it wherever you want. It has manual and auto settings. Auto settings makes it run normal. You can change to manual and bump the clock speed on the CPU. Then you have the option of having the memory overclock at the same rate or do it manually. It has adjustments for voltage overclock too.

Hope thats clear. I'm not real smart on overclocking, but if it was that simple for me--then I think it's a pretty good board to give you control of so many different parameters.
