Default NEW PC, some advice please

Hey guys,
I was wanting to buy a new computer and I was hoping you would help me.
I dont want to spend more then 2,5k Dollars which is about 1250 quid.
IT NEEDS TO BE GOOD!!!
That price includes everything from every chip to screen.
I go for AMD 64 athlon Dual core (I forgot the exact name but i mean the powerfull one (Might have bin extrem))
It should be good for games but also other things like normal windows.
PLEASE HELP.

Go with what I got in my signature. All of that plus a few extras cost me just under $2000. Then you could add two 19" LCD's to the equation and be at your $2500 limit.

Yeah Ferrari would be good, I suggest browsing around the monitor section of the forums for a little while so you can get an idea of what you want. Good luck!!

Ferrari makes compuer monitors? Ferrari Acer is a type of laptop made by Acer. Good companies for monitors are Sharp, Viewsonic, (Hard to admit) Dell makes nice monitors. Thats all I can think off, pretty sad.

bigsaucybob...sorry for going offtopic but i had a question and then we can go right back to helping this person...i would have private messaged u but it says ur inbox is full so here it goes...does ur mobo actually support ur athlon x2 4800+ ?? cuz on newegg it says it only supports athlon 64 FX, athlon 64, and sempron....this might be a mistake on newegg or just that they need to update that product since x2 came out or sumthin or it cud be that im totally computer illiterate and dont know what im talkin bout but yea thats all...and im really sorry for interrupting this topic..
