I think I got my gamming computer all done.
I am trying to get it to be able to match up with Oblivion's standerds. These are the standers for Oblivion THE RECOMMENDED: 3 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor 1 GB System RAM ATI X800 series, NVIDIA GeForce 6800 series, or higher video card THE Minimum System Requirements: Windows XP 512MB System RAM 2 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor 128MB Direct3D compatible video card and DirectX 9.0 compatible driver 8x DVD-ROM drive 4.6 GB free hard disk space DirectX 9.0c (included) DirectX 8.1 compatible sound card Keyboard, Mouse These are my computer's specs. Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Manchester 1GHz HT 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Dual Core Processor- $295 Mobo: ASUS A8N5X ATX AMD Motherboard - $80 Ram: CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB DDR 400 (PC3200)- $70 Video Card: SAPPHIRE Radeon X1800XT 256MB- $289.00 Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 SATA 120GB - $69 Optical Drive: NEC 16X DVD±R DVD Burner Silver - $36 PSU: Rosewill RP550-2 550W Power Supply - $64 Case:ASPIRE X-CRUISE -BK Black Computer Case With Side Panel Window - $52 So how is this for a gamming computer? Yes that will play Oblivion fine. Actually it will play every game fine. Just make sure when you play the games you set up the video prefences accordinly to your video card.

Looks pretty good. If you can dish out another $30 get an ASUS A8R-MVP and a bigger 16 mb cache HDD.
