Question Will i notice a difference between these

I was thinking of getting better ram for my computer. right now i have samsung ram at 533 mhz and 1 gb. CPUZ says my latency is either 4 or 5(it says both dont know which one). but will i notice a differnece between these like a latency of 5 or a latency of 3 or 2 will that be a big of difference.

heres the links for the memory im thinking of getting

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...200&CatId=1654

which one would be better for gaming? i mostly play counterstrike source, battlefield 2 and the fear demo and some other games. will i notice a difference in performance between these or is any one fine.

I'd probably go for the OCZ personally, it looks like it has the best timings, since the reviews on the second link show them to be a bit exaggerated

that's what I was talking about and I think I'd go for 4-4-4-8 over 4-3-3-12 but that's me, they should be pretty close to each other though
