Uninstall the following.

InetDctr
Viewpoint Media Player

Reboot your computer and go to 'C:\Program Files\' and delete the above folders if still there. Also delete 'C:\Program Files\Ares\'.

Before we proceed, any idea what this entry belongs to- AppInit_DLLs: '86.dll'. Could be good or bad.

Another issue i see is your running 2 antiviruses. Chose one and remove the other.
