have you tried installing an OS yet?

yes, so that means he needs to configure his boot in the BIOS, am i correct DSM1999?

this is what it says on the website u sent me


When you see this message press any key such as the Enter key immediately, otherwise it will try booting from the hard drive and likely get the NTLDR error again.

access your bios and configure it so your HDD is your primary master and your CD-ROM is your primary slave

do you know the steps on how to do that?, i have just changed the cd drive to primary and the hard drive to secondary, and it keeps on happening
