Majority of the people are saying its my motherboard. How would I check if my motherboard is dead?

Eliminate all the other components by trying them in a different computer. Or try a different motherboard in your computer. But the first idea seems easiest

There is a possiblilty that your RAM is corrupt. I had Corsair Value Select when I first built my computer, and it was always restarting etc.

Just a possibilty.
