Default Help.. Registry pop-up window

I finish installing the OS to my computer and all other hardware. What I notice was that every 3-5min. there is a registry pop-up window that pop-up saying that i should run a registry clean up thingy to prevent damage to my computer like: crashes, hacks, etc.. and the pop-up. Do you guys ever run into that problem? and if you do how do I get it to stop popping up that annoying window?

Ive noticed that Norton will find spyware but wont get rid of it. Just get the usual AdAware and Spybot. Install them, update them and run them and see if it goes away. Check your add/remove programs and msconfig for things that look out of place too.
