i have athlon x2 4400 and ever since i got it , it would idle at 37 C, right now for some reason it's idling at 46 C, every fan seem to spin inside the case... is that normal ?
the software im using to determine temp is PC Probe 2 that came with motherboard |

i have the same cpu and that sounds ok to me. There isnt realy a problem with 46C

just out of curiocity how many background processes are running

yep rundll32 is a windows system process although i doesnt start everytime, i think it might have somthing to do with the service packs as i have 2 of them running at once, now and i had three when the service pack 2 installation was finished

Sorry, I should have been more clear; rundll.exe can be linked to trojan viruses, expecially if it is making your computer act erratically. I did a search for it on google and found this, amoung many other, links: http://www.liutilities.com/products/...rary/rundll32/
I believe the site contains how to determine if rundll.exe is being used maliciously. |
