also, when i took out the old video, their was a stiker on it saying 'Warranty voided if remove' . i was like ya, nice to know, you could only see the sticker once you remove the videocard. But will it be the same on my HP??? (or you can't tell) do they know if you took it out once??? Should i jsut leave it there? or is their a way i can telly uo whats the video card of the coputer (with properties maybe?)

worthless as in will only be filling up a slot and doing nothing, there will be no difference because the shared video card will be performing better, using the pci one will reduce performance.

If this computer is new (or even 3-4 years old or so) i can guarantee it will have an AGP slot or a newer PCI express slot for the graphics card.

On the motherbaord the graphics card slot will be the top one closer to the CPU, all those beow it are PCI slots for other cards

What they mean by "Warranty Void if Removed" is not if you remove the card from your computer, but if you remove the sticker on the card. If you remove the sticker, it usually means you were trying to open it up/service it yourself, and hence voids the warranty.

ell sorry for all; the trouble! i jsut saw that thier is no videocard in it! Her eis what i got: 512 Ram, Intel graphics Media Acceralater, 900 with 128 MB shared video memeory. ( This makes sense???)

Now, wil it be worth it?
