There are plenty of ISPs which provide service to Yale and the city of New Haven. You'd need to get an account with one, because a check of Yale's website says that they do not have an on-campus, university-run network available to the student body. What you'd need besides $$$ is a credit card, or access to an ISP that allows you to prepay with a check or money order... like mine does
