MOBO comaptible with this HDD?

is this mobo (ASUS A8N-E ATX AMD) compatible with SATA??

or even more specifically, is it compatible with this hdd (Maxtor DiamondMax 10 300GB 3.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive)

and one more thing, what other hdd interfaces will work with this mobo?

yes, in fact its compatible with SATA2.. meanings SATA 3.0Gb/s
either type of sata is backwards/forwards compatible though.
you do know what google is right? lol
