One way right off the top is to copy or burn the drivers to the boot disk along with the essential boot files. A floppy is a little limited on space where a cd-r burned with the iso image for the OS(XP) you are running plus loading the drivers simultaneously would see this done. You would need a cd writer in order to create a custom boot cd. For the boot iso needed http://www.bootdisk.com

If you have a cd burner without the software BurnOn has worked well here and is a freeware found at http://www.burnworld.com/burnoncddvd/
