Unhappy Video Card - nintendo

Hello!
I will like to plug an nintendo 64 to my PC, but i dont have the stuff to plug it. (i know i ma withthe old stuff
What do i need? i heard you need a special videocard, if so, which one?
What must i be looking at? how much could i pay for it? (i dont have a big budget! ) also, if i get a videocard for it, will it also make the graphics better for the PC???

A 'special videocard' with vivo capabilities, or just your regular ol' video capture card. For once, I would suggest staying away from the WinTV PVR series for one reason. Their buffer(for smoother playback and all) causes a few seconds of lag, thus playing a game impossible. Just look for a decent capture card on newegg.

go to www.tigerdirect.ca and see if they have some good cards for ya. you dont have to spend much on one. i spent $25 on my tv tuner card and i can play the super nintendo on my computer.
