sound

hi all
i have a problem here!!
i purchased a new sound card!
and i could use it smoothly at the 1 time i installed the driver!

when my window corrupted last week, i formated my window !
everything goes normal but everytime when i finish installing the sound card's driver the comp will reboot oddly!
really odd it is not a normal reboot, it just comes suddenly!
and after that window will check for error
when it enter window 'cd rom not detected' and 'sound card's driver corrupted'!!
i tried many times!
why? any thing to do with the card?
