Default CDFS help?

Hi there,
I have just formated my computer and saved all my stuff to 2 X DVD+RW's and 1 DVD-RW. After formating i was putting my stuff back on when i found i couldnt copy anything from the -RW. said it had 3.75Gb of information, but when i opened it, there is only 6 items inside, adding up to 124k! there is an empty readme.txt file, 2 .ugd files (one da_houghsta_autosave.ugd), a .cfg, .opt, and a .usr. also the other's have a UDF file system but this has a CDFS file system? i had noticed this disc took longer to burn than the other 2, but didnt worry bout it. i used the same prog to do all 3 dvd's, and all were data dvd's (RecordNow DX). I am running Windows XP Pro SP2, with a Sony DRU-510A burner (the DVD-RW is a sony disc too). Can anyone help me, as there is important stuff on the disc that i need, and since i have already formated - i can't re-copy it!
Thanks!!!!!!
