i sent a hard drive back to maxtor on 4/10, and its now 4/21 and they still havent got it yet. stupid post office

Did you call the company and get the RMA number? Cause that's your problem right there. You can't send it back unless you get a RMA number. Call the company and said "I would like a RMA number."

Next time you go to the post office, ask about having a trace put on the package. And the next time you ship anything, make sure it's sent by registered mail, return receipt requested. That means your parcel will have a signature from everyone who handles it.

did you send it "Signed For" or wahtever you have in the US... if you did then your covered up o £500 (in the UK of course, different in the US), so i wouldnt worry too much, if the PO loses your parcel and you sent it signed for then your covered.

I always send stuff through the post office. I have no problem with them at all. They ship my stuff fine all the time.
