I have about $700-$800 budget.

So that set up you should me would be a good one as far as the CPU and Mobo go? Im gonna get more then 1gb. EDIT: I think this mobo would be a little better for that CPU GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3 Socket T (LGA 775) Intel G965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard

EDIT2: would this be a good PSU? Thermaltake TR2 W0070 ATX 430W Power Supply
