Firstly, go to add/remove programs and get rid of that 'LogitechDesktopMessenger'.

Lets then clean up your log abit.

Run HijackThis and put a check by the following entries if still present, close all open windows and browsers except HijackThis and click 'Fix Checked'

As for that popup file, open 'HijackThis' and click the 'Mics Tools Section' and then ' Delete a File on Reboot'. Navigate to the popup file.
Click open.Then okay.
Hijackthis will tell you that this file will be deleted on next reboot and if you want to reboot now. Click Yes/ok
Your system must reboot now.
