Excuse me? English is preferred on the forum.

Do you want to build a computer to run Mac OS?

Technically, yes. There is something called PearPC (google it) which I have never used but is supposed to do just that. The only question would be why? The Mac operating systems are going byebye, because everybody wants to use Windows. Macs even support XP now. So I really don't know why you would want to do this...

But it is very difficult to do, because mac operating systems are designed to run with mac hardware, and to have it work on a pc requires emulation, if I understand correctly, which basically means that the computer tells the operating system that it has different hardware than it actually does.

yes you can, but compatability with it ins't the greatest, i have put it on my laptop and luckily all the built in hardware (except sound) worked straight away, as OSX is not designed for "normal" pc hardware the compatability is a bit dodgy, although it is possible to run it, albeit illegally i think, if you want more info on it google it or PM/email me, as i don;t think it shoudl be posted on here
