hi guys,
got a wee problem with my pc.........when viewing web pages it is very difficult to read certain text. you know the text that is somtimes faded out on purpose......well it seems as if it is faded too much. i have to select or highlight the faded text to read it. i have chnaged my resolution and updated my graphics driver....still the same. using Windows XP Service Pack 2 with an Intel 82845g Graphics Controller some help please ryan |

if it's the way the website is made, I don't think there's much you can do about it. You could turn your color depth down as far as it will go and it might help, but I don't think there's a lot you can do about it

If you can read the text on this website alright, I'd say it's the websites you've been visiting. Perhaps if you post a link to one of them you're experiencing the problem with, we could see for ourselves.

Have you tried making all the font bigger?
In IE>View>Text Size>Increase. Try that. What kind of monitor do you have. Going to the defaults on teh monitor settings might help too.
